Annual cleaning schedules are issued detailing all periodical cleans so you know at-a-glance when works are taking place, reports and photographs being sent to you upon completion.

Property managers are busy people and we aim to provide as much support as we can looking for opportunities to add value to our cleaning service. This may involve pro-actively reporting any building related issues back to you so these don’t go unnoticed until your next site inspection. Whether it’s graffiti in the car park or a stain on the carpet, our staff and management team are trained to note these issues and report them back to you before tenants do.
